India Africa Foundation (hereafter referred to as "the Charity") has established this Privacy Policy to explain how it protects and manages personal information.

1. Consent for Collection, Use and Disclosure
You do not have to give us any personal information to use the information on this site.
However, your use of the the Charity site constitutes your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you have given us your details they may be updated, amended or removed at any time by sending an email via our 'Contact Us' form specifying the alterations required.

The Charity may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When it does, the Charity will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Those changes will then apply to any future use by you of our website.

2. Purposes for Collecting Personal Information (Identified Purposes)
We use personal information for the following purposes only:
(a) to communicate with customers and site visitors and to inform you of products and services available from the Charity.
(b) to fulfil your requests for information
(c) to further understand supporter's needs regarding the Charity's projects

(i) to protect the rights of the Charity, including but not limited to the security or integrity of the the Charity website

The Charity limits its collection of personal information to only that information which is necessary for the Identified Purposes.

We keep your information stored on information systems protected by passwords in premises secured by 24/7 monitored alarms.

If you follow links to other websites from this website we do not control those sites and are not responsible for the use of your data by those site owners.
